WhatsApp now Reach Half a Billion Users


WhatsApp now has 500 million active users around the world regularly, such a mobile messaging service that Facebook acquired as quoted by AFP.

This figure rose from the end forecasts 450 million last February when the service is quick extensively in countries like Brazil, India, Mexico and Russia.

WhatsApp said in his blog that the users are also sharing more than 700 million images and 100 million videos a day.

Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg announced last February that it was acquiring social networking WhatsApp worth 19 billion dollars.

Purchase a mix of stock and cash that have cross WhatsApp user base continues to grow with 1.2 billion active users of Facebook.

Figures acquisition frenzy that makes people amazed but Zuckerberg said at the Mobile World Congress in Spain a few days ago that he believes WhatsApp value far above it.
